It is hard to believe how time flies! Exactly 20 years ago, our company DR. WEIGLEIN EXPEDITIONS GMBH was "born". Is was not easy in the beginning, but from year to year we succeeded more and more, and two more companies were founded: 10 years ago, our company in Mongolia was started. With it's MONGOL PALACE CAMPS it was the first German tour operator raising the first network of traditional ger camps in the touristical nearly untouched Mongolia of these days. So our guests get the chance to tour the most interesting regions of fascinating Mongolia. Also 10 years ago, still a bit more exotic, our Co-foundation of the Indonesian company PT Indonesia German Bersatu happened, which conceived and built the THE BALIEM VALLEY RESORT in late 1999. Far away from any civilization, located in the highlands of Papua, the home of numerous tribes and cultures, until today living in the stone age. Already in the year 1979, Dr. Werner Weiglein was adopted by Egidius Soter, the leader of the Beriten Asmat Tribe. Since that day, he is named "Emenji", what means "the one who is coming with the many heads". All these years of hard but successful work give us a reason to thank you with our surprise packages at anniversary rates!
